We are looking for highly motivated, analytically-minded graduates ready to join our Amazon Graduate E-Commerce Trainee Program in Munich starting in April 2025!As an Amazon Graduate E-Commerce Trainee, a wide variety of challenging opportunities are waiting for you in the E-Commerce world of Vendor Management (Retail) or Partner Management (Marketplace). During the 24-month trainee program, you will be supported by senior leaders, experts and mentors who will help you gain practical experience in a dynamic, international environment from day one through on-the-job training. In rotations of several months to other teams, you will get to know a wide variety of Amazon divisions. You and your manager will customize your rotations based on your skill-set and development goals. In each rotation you will be actively involved in strategic projects to improve the customer experience at Amazon. At the end of the trainee program you will be ready to take on a position in our Vendor or Partner Management teams.About The Program• Start: April 2025• Duration: 24 months, four rotations• Location: Munich • Two Paths Available: Vendor Management (Retail) or Partner Management (Marketplace)• Rotation opportunities in various areas: Advertising, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Prime Management, Amazon Business, Amazon Fresh, etc.• Collaborate and lead projects as a part of an international team• True ownership and responsibility from Day 1: You will own your business unit and project to enhance process efficiencies in your department• Mentoring and a variety of training opportunities• Exceptional career opportunities after the program in a global network: You will own the decision about your next career step within the global Amazon network.Key job responsibilitiesVendor Management (Retail) Focus:In the area of Vendor Management, you are an entrepreneur within the company and responsible for the relationship with our strategic suppliers or entire product categories.• Connect with new suppliers, negotiate conditions, make business decisions and develop marketing strategies• Work together with international teams from Product Management, Supply Chain Management, Marketing and Finance to continuously improve the customer experience in your product category• Learn all relevant processes of our Retail businessPartner Management (Marketplace) Focus:In Marketplace, we support retailers holistically and internationally in order to become successful on Amazon. In Partner Management you address new customers in a national and international environment, form long-term partnerships and communicate with top decision-makers.• Independently advise a wide range of dealers and continuously develop the online business• Together with the partners, you develop individual sales-promoting strategies, among other things you create and optimize marketing campaigns and develop customized logistics solutions• Carry out data-based analysis as part of strategic projects and present them to management groups
