To get there, we are looking for Amazon's next generation of General Managers and Regional Directors to join the Pathways Leadership Development Program in Amazon Operations. This position is for an 8-12 week Internship to be conducted during the Summer of 2025 (Jun-Sep 2025), onsite at one of our Fulfillment Centers/Delivery Stations located all around Japan.*Minimum 12 weeks Internship is required for all International hires (who require JP VISA Support)*An Amazon MBA summer internship, consists of leading a strategic project that is data intensive, analytical, centered on a real business issue, and representative of the full-time role. Interns will have ownership of a high profile project within a business organization team, where they will partner with key business groups and clients. By participating in the internship, you will have opportunities to analyze unique business ideas, make data driven decisions and provide input to drive meaningful change. Each intern will have exposure to upper level management (including Vice Presidents and Directors) and the opportunity to apply general business skills to support successful execution of corporate strategies.About the Pathways Program:Pathways is a three-year program with graduation following promotion to the Senior Operations Manager (SOM) role. Through a series of intense, progressively challenging opportunities in the core of our elite operations network, we will stretch your leadership capacity to its full potential.
