The Implementation Consultant β Hotels role is an entry-level position suitable for candidates who would like to begin their consulting career with Oracle Hospitality. In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain experience in implementing industry solutions and technologies across various aspects, from OPERA Property Management System (PMS) to other available interfaces in the market.

What you'll do
- Ensure the solution meets specifications and functions according to customer-specific operational workflows for various concepts, users, and service models, and provide training to staff. Manage the transition to the live system after configuration and training, ensuring a smooth handover and transfer of ownership post-go-live.
- Install, configure, train, troubleshoot, and support Oracle Hospitality products and interfaces, adhering to current standards and procedures. Manage project timelines, installation, and configuration of the Hotel Systems product suite and interfaces.
- Impart Oracle product knowledge and provide recommendations on hospitality best practices to help customers maximize product usage and maintain the system.
- Actively participate in education and collaboration forums, staying current with new Oracle product releases and features. Participate in quality assurance for new product or version releases as needed.
- Submit timely project status reports, timecards, expense reports, and other deliverables, ensuring customer satisfaction within and beyond the organization.
- Demonstrate competence both during and outside of projects, while obtaining and maintaining certification in products and Major Account accreditations.
- Perform administrative activities, monitoring, and reporting, and provide technical consultancy from various perspectives. Troubleshoot and offer support as required.
What you'll bring
- 2024/2025 Graduate with a Bachelorβs degree in Hotel and Tourism Management or equivalent.
- Knowledge of OPERA PMS and/or must have OPERA exposure in Front Office / Reservations in their OJT / Internship program.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup (1-2 times a week) with 50% travel/onsite assignments, and flexibility to work overtime, overnight shifts, weekends, and public holidays as needed.
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to company standards, policies, and procedure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders, customers, and vendors from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas, solve problems, and work effectively with teams at all levels, both locally and across the company.
- Self-motivated and determined to meet deadlines, deliver quality work on time, and adapt to changing work demands.
- Willingness to take on additional tasks and duties as assigned by management.
- Hold a valid passport for travel requirements.
