We have many openings within CSS as a Cloud Engineer and here are some of the teams you could work with:
You could work in one of our support teams, focusing on the following:
- Adaptability to work in a dynamic 24/7 environment
- Tracks and evaluates performance across various communication channels (Slack, Oracle Support, etc.) in real time to meet client SLAs
- Assists in resolving Cloud and Oracle Applications technical issues for both internal teams and external vendors
- Participates in the escalation process, acting as a bridge between the business and technology teams
You could work to develop value-add engineering capabilities that help deliver customer success (example: AI enablement across the SaaS and Apps delivery function). The org has a unique proximity to the customer and often needs to develop/deploy engineering configurations that are supported by a small but impactful ‘in-house’ engineering capability. This role will deliver cutting edge, innovative solutions to our customers which make an immediate impact to our customers.
- Partner with clients to enhance and fine-tune their existing integrations, ensuring they align with their evolving workflows and continue to deliver maximum value.
- Provide top-tier support by addressing and resolving client challenges proactively.
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, engineering, and support) to recommend and implement enhancements based on customer feedback and usage insights.
- Gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge integration tools and technologies, and receive ongoing training to develop your skills
- Act as a trusted partner to customers by regularly engaging with them to understand their needs, offering guidance
- Able to complete individual goals as well as work in a team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate using technical concepts. Working knowledge of Oracle, products a plus but not necessary.
- Help enable features and subsystems, such as on AI solutions, and help with operation’s technical requirements.
- Design new scalable solutions for fast changing customer needs

Objective Minimum Qualifications:
To be considered for a Cloud Engineer position in the Customer Success Services org, you must possess the Objective Minimum Qualifications (OMQs) below. Please ensure that your application clearly indicates that you meet these OMQs, either on your resume and/or by uploading additional documents such as a transcript.
- Have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or an equivalent science/engineering field by August 2025.
- Have completed at least one internship, research assistantship, teaching assistantship, or equivalent practical experience working in the relevant technical areas noted above.
- Reside in the United States and/or attend a university in the US.
- Able to acquire work authorization in the US in 2025.
Preferred Qualification:
- Minimum 3.0 GPA
