As a Product Analyst, International Compliance, you will play a vital role in ensuring our products adhere to changing national compliance requirements, accounting and tax laws, and various other regulations across different regions. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers and Product Owners worldwide, providing essential insights and support to maintain compliance standards while enhancing product functionalities.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and analyze changing national compliance requirements, accounting and tax laws, and other regulations relevant to our products in various global markets.
Collaborate with Product Managers and Product Owners to implement necessary compliance adjustments and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
Utilize your background in accounting and tax to provide informed guidance and support to the product development team.
Employ business intelligence tools to generate adoption and usage metrics for our products, assisting in data-driven decision-making processes.
Continuously learn and stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices related to international compliance and product management.
Qualifications:
Recent graduate, no more than 12 months after graduation, with a degree in Accounting, Taxation, Business Administration, or a related field.
Basic understanding of software development processes and technologies.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements and communicate them effectively.
Experience with business intelligence tools and data analysis techniques is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across global teams.
Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in English. Another European language a strong plus.
