Responsibilities Participating in processes to improve our procedures Participating in team meetings and training sessions Executing all administration support for TR projects Active support in Performance Management Process Other Ad-hoc Total Reward Related Activities as required to support TR team members – myHR system approvals, compensation offers, job evaluations etc. Qualifications Intermediate MS Office skills Attention to details and ability to focus Eagerness to learn and develop in the area of Human Resources Fluency in English French is a plus Student Status
