We're seeking a motivated and enthusiastic intern to join our dynamic team and gain hands-on experience in project coordination and international collaboration.
Resposibilities:
Assist in the development of departmental goals and contribute to project planning
Support the team in tracking project progress and help organize key milestones
Participate in meetings with international partners and help prepare summaries
Aid in resource allocation for Asia-Pacific projects under supervision
Contribute to the organization of technical exchange events
Who We Look For
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
Strong interest in project management and the tech industry
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
Basic understanding of project management concepts
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPointWillingness to learn and adapt to new tasks quickly
Desired Skills:
Familiarity with Agile methodologies,powerpoint,data analysis
Interest in cross-cultural communication
Accept translation/meeting notes work between Chinese and English.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Keen attention to detail and organizational skills
