What the Role Entails
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to facilitate user acquisition, engagement, and retention for our cloud computing solutions in international markets. This role will focus on developing and executing data-driven growth strategies to expand our global user base, with a particular emphasis on North America, Southeast Asia and emerging cloud markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities in target international markets (IaaS/PaaS/SaaS landscape)
Support design and implementation of localized user acquisition strategies across digital channels (SEO/SEM, social media, content marketing)
Collaborate with product and technical teams to optimize cloud service adoption funnels and improve conversion rates
Analyze user behavior data (CTR, CAC, CLV) to refine growth tactics and maximize ROI
Manage cross-border campaigns including localization of messaging, pricing strategies, and compliance with regional regulations (e.g., GDPR)
Partner with customer success teams to improve onboarding experiences and reduce churn rates
Monitor competitive landscape and benchmark performance against key cloud service providers
Develop reporting systems to track KPIs: MRR growth, activation rates, and market share penetration
Who We Look For
Bachelor’s degree or above in business, Marketing, Computer Science or related field
Relevant internship experience in To-B product management/ operation is a plus, knowledge in cloud products/solutions is preferred
Excellent cross-cultural communication skills with fluency in English and Chinese to interact with internal stakeholders across geographies
Ability to work across time zones with global teams
Knowledge of AI/ML applications in growth hacking is a bonus
Additional Information:
Internship period: ideally 3-6 months
Candidates are willing to intern in Shenzhen
