About: Tomoh Program is Microsoft's program for Emiritization, aiming to accelerate Emiratis employability and create market impact through early in career recruitment, and skilling programs.
Program overview: Microsoft Tomoh Internship is a paid nine-month training program that offers globally recognized technical and professional certifications & skills, and on-the-job training to include mentoring, coaching, job shadowing and real-life scenario assignments.
Program Details: The 6 months program is divided into two key phases (Phase 1 - Onboarding & Skilling, Phase 2 - On The Job Training)Phase one: Onboarding & Skilling Bootcamp (1 month)Onboarding and introduction to Microsoft’s mission, culture, strategy & structure.Technical skilling to obtain globally recognized Microsoft technical certifications.Professional and soft skilling courses including project management, change management, effective interpersonal skills, creativity and innovation, and time management.
Phase two: On-the-job training (5 months)Joining as an Customer Success Account Manager for on-the-job shadowing and training.Mentorship and coaching sessions.Supporting Microsoft teams in digital transformation projects.Advanced technology trainings including AI, Machine Learning & Cloud Computing.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Emirati National holding UAE Family Book.
- Fluency in English.
- You must be legally authorised to work in UAE to be eligible for this role. (Legally authorised = has citizenship or has been granted a valid visa or work permit) for your employment with Microsoft and the country where you work.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's/ Master's Degree in Computer Science, Business, Sociology, Psychology or related field before the start date.
Preferred Qualifications
- Passion for technology and customer obsessed.
- Microsoft or competitor equivalent (e.g., AWS) certification in relevant technologies (e.g., Azure, 365).

Responsibilities
- Learns customer, partner, and internal stakeholder engagement models. Supports foundational relationships with key customer stakeholders and technical professionals to enable quality solution delivery and health using partnerships with other account team leaders and with guidance from more experienced colleagues. Manages customer relationships beyond the current Unified Support contract owners with a focus on understanding business objectives and roadmaps.
- Learns how to identify, navigate, and communicate with key customer technical stakeholders at different levels. Learns how to guide and lead conversations to facilitate the achievement of customer business objectives by leveraging their investment in Microsoft. Learns how to map internal roles to customer priorities to action the needs of customers. Learns how to develop key internal stakeholder relationships.
- Grows technical aptitude and industry awareness to translate customer interactions into customer business impact and value.
- Listens to conversations with customers and begins to align objectives with the current Microsoft portfolio of work in the customer account. Understands the organizational and customer success strategy. Understands Microsoft technology and services.
- Supports the delivery of program planning and customer-facing program reviews, prioritization of engagements, and engagement with key technical stakeholders to address agreed-upon customer outcomes and account priorities to deliver ongoing customer success.
