Your vacation days are covered! 🤝 Monthly office vibes: don't miss our office events and activities! Our offices are brand new! Prefer to work from home? We provide a work-from-home toolkit. What you will learn as an intern: Analysis of Production Processes; Analyze current production processes to identify inefficiencies, waste, and bottlenecks. Propose Process Optimization; Based on the analysis, propose ways to improve production efficiency, such as reducing lead times, reducing waste, or improving quality control. Implementation Support; Training employees in new procedures or tools being introduced. Monitoring Improvements; Measuring the effectiveness of implemented changes by tracking production data and comparing results with previously collected data.
