JOB DETAILS: Location: Taipei, Taiwan Onsite/Hybrid: This role requires the student to work at least 24 hours (3 days) per week, in an onsite work structure throughout the duration of the co-op/intern term. Duration: July-2025 to December-2025. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: We are seeking highly motivated intern/co-op to join our team. In this role – Assist with daily administrative tasks and office operations. Manage and organize files, documents, and records. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations. Assist in the preparation of meeting agendas and minutes. Provide general support to team members as needed. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word and Powerpoint) Fluent English Communication both verbal and written in business environment.
