Qualifications

Basic Qualifications 

  • Student of Business Administration/Management, Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science or related careers. 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Passion for technology and customer obsessed.
  • Displays strong stakeholder and relationship management across senior leaders, partners, and customers.
  • Strong desire and business acumen for consultative solution selling.
  • Exceptional negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical and presentation skills.
  • English Language Proficiency intermediate or advanced.

Responsibilities

Technology Specialist

 

Technology Specialist engages with and guides customers toward technical decisions to purchase and use Microsoft technology. Leverages sales strategy to address customer digital transformation and align technology to customer business needs. Understands customer needs, collects customer feedback, and provides strategic input to customers. Acts as an orchestration point for technical resources and works to resolve blockers in order to achieve solution implementations.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Engages in partner sell-with scenarios by contributing to the facilitation of technical engagements and partnering with colleagues to manage the sales process.
  • Reviews customer interactions and raises competitive information to account teams to contribute to development and landing of compete strategies.
  • Contributes to product strategy by soliciting and communicating customer feedback.
  • Tailors Microsoft standard messaging to audience using knowledge of specific Microsoft products.

Aplicando boas práticas de estratégia de vendas, ele aborda a transformação digital e alinha as soluções tecnológicas às demandas empresariais. Compreende as necessidades dos clientes e parceiros, coleta feedback relevante e fornece insights estratégicos para aprimorar as soluções. Além disso, atua como ponto de orquestração para recursos técnicos, trabalhando na resolução de bloqueios para garantir a implementação eficaz das soluções para as organizações atendidas.

 

Responsabilidades:

  • Participar de cenários de venda com parceiros, contribuindo para a facilitação de engajamentos técnicos e colaborando com colegas para gerenciar o processo de vendas.
  • Revisar interações com clientes e levantar informações competitivas para as equipes de negócios, contribuindo para o desenvolvimento e implementação de estratégias de competição.
  • Contribuir para a estratégia de produto solicitando e comunicando feedback dos clientes.
  • Adaptar a mensagem padrão da Microsoft ao público usando o conhecimento de produtos específicos da Microsoft.
