The partnership provides the opportunity for students to gain an internship experience one year prior to the traditional internship timing and eligibility. Demonstrate strong leadership skills to coach, develop, and influence various teams including frontline associates Lead meetings with senior leadership, peers, frontline employees and customers as appropriate to achieve summer sales metrics Use your creativity and entrepreneurial mindset to grow volume & revenue to achieve key metrics Successfully interact with Customers and effectively sell in and execute Sales programs and initiatives. Collect, chart, and interpret statistical data; Prepare and deliver sales presentations to customers as required. Activate local and national marketplace initiatives and promotions to build brand development and maximize brand performance. As the work environment is physical: stand, walk, reach, and squat throughout the workday Compensation & Benefits: β’ The expected compensation hourly pay ranges for hires into our 2025 campus intern openings is $20.50 - $39.60/hour β’ Role, degree discipline, degree level, and location are part of the process when determining actual starting salary for positions β’ Hourly pay for our campus hires is pre-determined and non-negotiable β’ We love to convert our interns to full time opportunities! Availability to work flexible schedules (including early mornings, evenings and/or weekends). Flexibility for relocation. Spanish language skills a plus Minimum Qualifications: To qualify you must be: enrolled in a 4 year Bachelors OR Bachelor's to Master's dual degree program (Purdue preferred). This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States. Have a valid, unrestricted United States (State Issued) driverβs license at least three months prior to start date, and access to an automobile to drive to various sales locations for duration of time in role.
