Overview Job title: Pepsico Beverages: Sales Co-op Location: Delta Term:January to April Job Type: Onsite (Field based) What will you do in your first experience? During your 4-month co-op term, you will be fully immersed in our sales operations, learning the business from two unique perspectives: Ground Up You will learn what it takes to develop and sustain a growing CPG business and stretch your current skills by selling and marketing our products to a set group of retailers. You will gain critical sales experiences including but not limited to: Developing relationships across our Field Sales network, receive best in class coaching & engage in career connects with Leadership. Leverage sales forecasting tools to deliver consistent sales targets. Sell & service our customers in compliance with our Customer Development Agreements Flex both your entrepreneurial muscles and your physical muscles while merchandising our iconic brands to execute advertising displays. Responsibilities Building Critical Business Skills As you progress through your term, you will work closely with our Sales leaders and will be responsible for utilizing strong analytical and communication skills to execute a field sales project to help the team deliver results with our most important customers. Key aspects of this assignment can include: POS optimization Innovation Launch & Sustainment Customer Development Agreement optimization Other unique projects rooted in real-time business priorities.
